Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product strategy, product marketing, growth, or related functions.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in digital advertising or a closely related field, with a deep understanding of the industry landscape and emerging advertising solutions.
- Strong quantitative analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proven project management and process management expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems by synthesizing insights from diverse sources such as data sets, user interviews, and market research.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience collaborating with international teams across multiple time zones.
- Familiarity with TikTok advertising solutions.
- Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders, with strong relationship-building, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills.
