The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

    What will I be doing?
    The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security.

    As a Resource Planning Analyst, you will work with stakeholders across the globe, managing our resource planning cycle and process for the AI Data Service and Operations team to ensure operational efficiency at a large-scale.

    Responsibilities

    • You will be responsible for resource planning for the operations delivery teams within AI Data Service and Operations to ensure the right resources are in the right place, at the right time, thereby maintaining operational efficiency.
    • You will work closely with the operations delivery teams to govern planning parameters and review adhoc resource requests or out-of-norm scenarios.
    • You will analyse data to review operations volume and performance trends, continuously looking for areas of improvement.
    • You will drive process improvement projects to regularly improve the resource planning process and ensure the process is relevant across different groups of stakeholders.
    • You will be managing capacity delivery schedules and using data-driven analysis to model various deployment scenarios.
    • You will be working with cross functional teams to improve capacity monitoring and reporting tools.

    Qualifications

    What should I bring with me?

    Minimal Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or statistics.
    • At least 3 years of relevant work experience, such as data analysis, resource management, and strategic planning. Experience with large-scale operations planning will be a plus.
    • Expert in data analysis, minimally using Excel.
    • Keen eye for details - comfortably handling large sets of data yet being able to spot granular details.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

    Preferred Qualifications

    1. Strong expertise in utilizing SQL and other data analysis tools is an advantage.
    2. Experience in labeling / data annotation.
    3. Regional/global working experience.
    4. Proven experience in a BPO / Social Media / Call center environment is an advantage.
