Responsibilities:
Program Strategy & Planning:
- Define program goals, success metrics, and timelines that tie directly to business priorities.
- Build clear frameworks and roadmaps to guide execution and ensure alignment with Sales and XFN teams.
- Translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver measurable outcomes.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Ops to drive alignment and accountability.
- Manage stakeholder engagement across multiple teams, ensuring clarity and momentum.
Program Operations:
- Analyze workflows and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement scalable processes that boost productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Maintain program documentation, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
Leadership & Stakeholder Reporting:
- Monitor program progress, track key metrics, and provide insights to leadership.
- Highlight risks, issues, and dependencies while recommending mitigation strategies.
- Prepare regular status updates, presentations, and dashboards for executive stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement & Impact:
- Evaluate program outcomes and identify opportunities to optimize performance.
- Share lessons learned and best practices across teams to scale successful initiatives.
- Support innovation by building flexible frameworks that adapt to evolving adtech priorities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of program management experience in technical sales within a fast-paced, global team environment
- Strong project management expertise with a proven track record of delivering projects in digital media and adtech product environments
- Ability to define and measure success metrics, analyze results, communicate insights effectively, and iterate to optimize outcomes.
- Ability to organize and present multiple sources of information in a structured and clear format. Detail oriented that can coordinate across multiple teams/countries.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and pivot plans to meet new requirements in a swift and agile manner
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead conversation and facilitate conversations and discussions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and manage projects across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with TikTok's ad products, ad server platform, and ecosystem.
- Experience driving complex initiatives with a focus on product adoption and revenue enablement.
- Proven ability to map stakeholders and shape joint initiatives.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80000 - $133334 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
