- You will cooperate with moderation teams and Market POC to ensure moderation quality is up to standard;
- You will participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- You come with previous experience performing a Quality Assurance role in a Content Moderation / Content Quality / Safety environment;
- You are proficient in English, as well as both Simplified and Traditional Mandarin including writing, reading and speaking.
- You pay attention to detail and you are comfortable using data analysis to identify trends;
Preferred Qualifications:
- You possess experience in a BPO / call center/customer service environment.
- Your ability to work in a high-tempo environment, adapt, and respond to the day-to-day challenges of the role.
- Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
