Responsibilities
- Provide consultative support to cross-functional (XFN) teams seeking the BPO resources-review project, ensure execution readiness, and coordinate across stakeholders.
- Lead intake, risk assessment, onboarding coordination, and post-launch tracking for XFN-led initiatives.
- Support the execution of TikTok LIVE's global content governance and moderation strategies by improving quality frameworks, workflows, and performance mechanisms.
- Coordinate and drive key quality governance initiatives, to enhance moderation effectiveness across global vendor sites.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to conduct root cause analysis (RCA), align action plans, and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Track and analyze key metrics, identify performance trends and gaps, and translate findings into actionable improvement plans.
- Act as a bridge between business needs and operational execution-ensuring clear communication, alignment, and high standards of execution across teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years of experience in operations, quality governance, trust & safety, or a related field in the content or internet industry.
- Strong analytical thinking and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate clearly across stakeholders.
- Strong data analysis capability - comfortable working with dashboards or raw data, identifying patterns, and generating actionable insights.
- Familiarity with moderation workflows, quality metrics, or large-scale vendor management is a plus.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments with global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured mindset, capable of dissecting complex problems and designing scalable solutions.
- Experience in building operational frameworks or governance mechanisms from scratch.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and result-driven attitude.
- Experience working with BPO partners or outsourced operations is highly valued.
