Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):

• Bachelor's degree or above; with relevant experience in content operation or scriptwriting.
• Excellent internal collaboration and external communication skills; English proficiency sufficient for professional work.
• Familiar with the trends of hit short dramas, equipped with the ability to dissect content, and possess in-depth understanding and insight into the overseas short drama industry and market demands.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Demonstrate strong actor service awareness; candidates with familiarity in short drama content or short drama actor management will be given priority.
• Candidates with overseas short drama experience will be preferred.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $192534 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
