Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years in internet product operations with team management experience; experience in search or Local Services preferred.
- Skilled in building user feedback systems, including metric design, process setup, and feedback closure, with ability to drive experience improvements via data analysis.
- Capable of user-centered product evaluation, independently conducting feature research and collaborating with Product and R&D for delivery.
- Strong data analysis and user research skills, integrating quantitative and qualitative insights for actionable recommendations.
