Position summary
or business communication domestically and abroad, the team is responsible for key nodes such as standard writing, training Q&A, report output, and human efficiency management to effectively promote the execution and implementation of projects.
It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.
What I will be doing?
- Complete regular assessments relating to search quality in accordance with evaluation standard documents
- Use side by side method to complete daily strategy assessment of search quality in accordance with evaluation standard documents
- Judging user search needs through various query and tools, and sorting out the classification of requirements
- Comb the types of search bad cases and rate the quality of the results.
- Provide ideal search results and feedback suggestions for policy improvement
- While it is assumed the evaluator will focus on their area of expertise, there will be occasions to work on projects outside this core area that could require other capabilities, such as using assessment methods flexibly to support related projects
- Willing to work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content and any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Excellent English language skills to support global operation
- Knowledge about search engines, familiar with social media platforms, passion for TikTok and short-form video platforms.
- An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users
- Strong ability to learn and understand
- Familiar with common office software, search evaluation experience is preferred
Preferred Qualification
- Overseas working/training experience is preferred
