- Localise the policies, be responsible for policy training, and align the policy updates.
- Conduct calibration meetings with the team in the appeal process: analyse different cases, record and evaluate their performance, offer solution and suggestion for the current problem to help the team improve the accuracy rate and alignment.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluency in French is required as the role requires communication with French markets, fluent in English is also required as it is the working language.
- knowledge of search engines and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Flexibility to work on projects outside of core expertise as needed and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to work on potentially variable shift patterns, including weekends, evenings, and nights, ensuring availability for five out of any seven days per week.
- Willingness to work with sensitive and potentially disturbing content.
Preferred Qualifications:
- QA, moderation, AI annotation experience or equivalent, market knowledge, understanding of local culture and internet usage habits of target markets.
- Familiarity with online shopping-related businesses and search trends is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills including data analytics, learning ability, problem-solving skills, adaptability and attention to detail.
- Proficient in common productivity software (eg. Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc).
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in multiple locations.
