- Prioritize quality, safety and integrity of content, closely monitor business progress, and contribute to product function optimization iterations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize relevant policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), supporting training and clarification processes to ensure accurate understanding and data delivery.
- Facilitate calibration meetings with teams involved during appeal processes, analyze cases, offer solutions, and suggestions to enhance team performance, accuracy and alignment towards project targets.
- Data Delivery for project metrics, provide data analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and action plans during project performance review meetings, Business reviews (WBR's, QBR's and etc.)
- Undertake additional compatible and related responsibilities as required by the project, including but not limited to: policy localization, internal and external training support, data inspection, calibration meetings, and strategy evaluation.

Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent in French is required as the role requires communication with French markets, fluent in English is also required as it is the working language.
- Have QA experience in Search engine/Search Queries projects.
- Solid experience working on search engines related projects.
- Market knowledge, understanding of local culture and internet usage habits of target markets.
- Flexibility to work on projects outside of core expertise as needed and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to work on potentially variable shift patterns, including weekends, evenings, and nights, ensuring availability for five out of any seven days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and above or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of search engines and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Familiarity with online shopping-related businesses and search trends is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills including data analytics, learning ability, problem-solving skills, adaptability and attention to detail.
- Proficient in common productivity software (eg. Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc).
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in multiple locations and timezones.
