Dig into the demands of each type of content in different regions and explore ways to improve search-related metrics.
Conduct basic surveys or analyses on certain data to assess performance and expression.
Find potential opportunities and risks through daily work and put forward suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Fluent English and Chinese are required to communicate with Chinese speaking stakeholders across the China market.
Knowledge about search engines and TikTok as well as other similar apps as well as an in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the local users' habits.
Knowledge about search engines, social media usage strategies and familiarity with shopping apps like Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, or other local apps.
Proven working experience on e-commerce events/promotion projects such as Ramadan, Black Friday, Shopping Festival, and Payday Sales, etc.
Familiar with common software and the SOP of events online in social media/E-Commerce apps.
Strong data analysis skillsets, especially on market segmentation, resources allocation, Gross Merchandise Value, etc.
Strong stakeholder management with proven experience in working with a regional/global team.
Preferred Qualifications
Has brilliant judgment when encountering unsure cases and provides feedback in a timely and proper manner.
Candidates with working experience in User Experience, User operation, or product operations are preferred
Strong product sense with the ability to advise product feature enhancement / new product features
