Position summary

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the live streaming strategies of merchants in key markets.
Formulate incentive policies through rights and interests such as traffic, governance/experience, subsidies, commercialization, and merchant live streaming tools, etc., to promote the efficient growth of the industry and merchant live streaming. - Build and improve the product capabilities that help merchants grow, such as merchant tools and data platforms.
- Explore and precipitate the growth paths of merchant live streaming for different business types. Continuously improve the business capabilities of merchants through means such as diagnostic analysis tools, output of benchmarking cases, and curriculum development.
- Formulate and optimize the platform governance and experience rules that are in line with the development of merchant live streaming to ensure a healthy, orderly, and high-speed development of the business environment.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business or a related fields.
- Proven skills in logical thinking, business analysis ability, systematic thinking and critical thinking ability.
- Proven skills in learning ability, execution ability and stress resistance, as well as strong communication and coordination, resource integration ability and project management ability.
