In this role, you will take ownership of designing and executing user growth and subsidy strategies for the Singapore market, helping to drive platform growth and improve merchant and user engagement.
- Develop and execute user growth, coupon, and subsidy strategies for the Singapore cross-border business, with a focus on centralized and scalable initiatives.
- Design and optimize merchant activation ("cold start") policies and operational mechanisms to improve merchant retention and performance.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply, Product, Data Science, Algorithm, and Marketing to ensure effective strategy implementation and measurable business impact.
- Use data-driven insights and market research to support sustainable ecosystem growth, drive GMV performance, and enhance overall ROI.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience with eCommerce strategy, product operations, or data analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Solid understanding of user purchase behaviour and merchant cost structures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with eCommerce platforms
- Hands-on experience in coupon, subsidy, or user/ seller/ affiliate incentive strategy is highly preferred.
