- Responsible for all internal and external stakeholder management, long-term account plan development, product education and adoption
- Identify, prioritise and secure revenue opportunities through consultative and strategic client engagement - deep understanding of client's business objectives to deliver media solutions that tie to client's business objectives and KPIs
- Create compelling sales propositions utilising consumer trends, market knowledge and data-driven insights
- Develop and implement best practices for client servicing including relationship management, product suite education and enablement, business reviews, reporting and analysis
- Work closely with client solutions and core cross functional teams to constantly analyse performance, drive test and learn strategies and brainstorm and develop scalable advertising solutions to deliver measurable results
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership, innovation and performance solutions
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of work experience in clients facing roles with knowledge of digital marketing or digital enabled transformations
- Experience working in an advertising agency or in an agency facing sales or in an advertiser's advertising department.
- Ability to navigate clients, agencies, tech partners, and leverage existing relationships as well as building/fostering new relationships in a matrix organization
- Proven track record of leading complex digital marketing or transformation projects involving cross-functional stakeholders and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic buying, social media platforms, and performance marketing metrics
- Business level proficiency in Japanese and English across writing, communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience managing high-level client relationships and influencing C-level decision makers in both Japanese and international business contexts
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a strong bias for action and continuous improvement
