    Position summary

    Strategic Content Planning

    • Own content planning and directional frameworks across creators, publishers, game categories, and feature adoption initiatives.
    • Define content development timelines and vertical strategies aligned to platform priorities and lifecycle stages.
    • Translate business goals into actionable content priorities across all supply sources.

    Ecosystem-Wide Demand & Supply Analysis

    • Guide strategic decisions using performance insights from creators, publishers, and category-level diagnostics.
    • Work with Algo PMs, analysts, and Product Ops to identify gaps, test hypotheses, and shape content investment plans.
    • Recommend content and traffic priorities to sustain growth across the ecosystem.

    Content Format & Initiative Development

    • Design and lead high-impact, scalable content initiatives to expand adoption of targeted formats and drive creator, viewer and publisher engagement.
    • Define and track performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness, operational efficiency, and scalability across creator segments.
    • Align content innovation with go-to-market timing and new product launches.

    Measurement & Insights

    • Build content success metrics and dashboards in collaboration with analytics partners.
    • Track performance trends across creator tiers, publishers, and content categories.
    • Synthesize findings to support content strategy, product alignment, and team planning.

    Traffic Strategy & Support Systems

    • Partner with the Creator Growth team to develop scalable traffic strategies that prioritize high-quality content and support creator and publisher success.
    • Define clear criteria for resource distribution and content visibility across different supply sources and content types.
    • Ensure resource allocation reinforces platform standards by elevating content that meets performance, engagement, and quality benchmarks.

    Cross-Functional Ecosystem Leadership

    • Partner with Product, Creator Growth, and Marketing to align ecosystem-wide content strategies.
    • Provide planning structure and mentorship to junior strategists
    • Collaborate with policy and moderation to ensure scalable quality enforcement and integrity.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, ecosystem development, or creator/publisher operations within gaming or livestreaming platforms.
    • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional strategy with measurable platform impact.
    • Strong grasp of creator and publisher ecosystems, traffic planning, and growth-stage content development.
    • Analytical depth and storytelling skills; comfortable influencing at all levels of the org.
    • Ability to drive clarity across complex systems and mentor others in content strategy.

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $89000 - $164000 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
