Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive government relations and public policy strategies for Switzerland and Austria, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with government officials, regulators, industry associations, and other key stakeholders to advocate for the company's interests and influence policy outcomes.
Policy Analysis: Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments in both countries, assessing their impact on the company's operations and providing strategic recommendations.
Advocacy and Representation: Represent the company at governmental meetings, public hearings, industry conferences, and other relevant events, articulating the company's positions on various policy issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Legal, Communications, and Product, to ensure that public policy initiatives are integrated with business strategies and that product developments comply with regulatory requirements.
Consultancy and Trade Associations Oversight: Guide and manage external government relations and public policy consultancies as well as trade associations, ensuring alignment with internal objectives and optimal performance.
Reporting and Compliance: Provide regular reports on policy developments, advocacy efforts, and potential risks, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
