Senior Manager - Tax Transfer Pricing - EU

• Lead the implementation of transfer pricing processes, controls, and
  monitoring periodically.
• Implement, monitor, and maintain operational transfer pricing processes and provide improvement suggestions.
• Conduct periodic transfer pricing calculations.
• Collaborate with external consultants to lead the preparation, review, and update of contemporaneous transfer pricing documentations and other TP compliance documents.
• Respond to internal and external transfer pricing enquiries, and assist business partners with transfer pricing issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted transfer pricing legislation, regulations and judicial decisions that impact the company operations and financial positions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of transfer pricing experience (including at least 2 years of experience as a senior manager or equivalent in Europe) in a multinational or global company, a top accounting firm, or/and other professional firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or equivalent related field.
• Experiences in all transfer pricing planning, compliance and controversy matters.
• Strong data analysis skills and strong time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal
  and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with global partners across different time zones and cultures.

Preferred Qualification

• Highly motivated with a solid understanding of transfer pricing principles and interpretation.
