Position summary
pricing policies.
Lead the implementation of transfer pricing processes, controls, and
monitoring periodically.
Implement, monitor, and maintain operational transfer pricing processes and provide improvement suggestions.
Conduct periodic transfer pricing calculations.
Collaborate with external consultants to lead the preparation, review, and update of contemporaneous transfer pricing documentations and other TP compliance documents.
Respond to internal and external transfer pricing enquiries, and assist business partners with transfer pricing issues in a timely manner.
Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted transfer pricing legislation, regulations and judicial decisions that impact the company operations and financial positions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of transfer pricing experience (including at least 2 years of experience as a senior manager or equivalent in Europe) in a multinational or global company, a top accounting firm, or/and other professional firm.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or equivalent related field.
Experiences in all transfer pricing planning, compliance and controversy matters.
Strong data analysis skills and strong time management skills.
Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal
and external stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with global partners across different time zones and cultures.
Preferred Qualification
Highly motivated with a solid understanding of transfer pricing principles and interpretation.
