Senior Product Designer, Generative AI

The generative AI team focuses on developing cutting edge, easy-to-use products or solutions to improve creative efficiency for advertisers, agencies and creators. We are committed to automate creative workflows and you will be at the forefront of driving innovation by leveraging AI technology.

In this role you will:

• Own the experience of AI related products that are valuable to users in the monetization eco-system.
• Own every aspect of a design process, from defining user problems to delivering high fidelity design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the strategy .
• Work with user researchers to understand user problems and validate design solutions.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to their success.

Qualifications

• Experience with designing and shipping AI or chat products
• Experience in ads, monetization applications or monetization use cases
• Minimum of 5+ years of product design experience for web applications
• Ability to explore design variations and rationalize your design choices
• Ability to organize and communicate your thoughts and motivations with different audiences
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision
• Self-motivated and able to efficiently run a project without close supervision
• Willing to adapt and contribute to the design system

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $137244 - $318960 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
