    Position summary

    tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation and optimization, to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other 3rd parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to the end users.

    We are user-oriented and dedicated to technical excellence. We aim to drive and lead the technology renovation in the ads tech and creative industry, powering products and driving values for our clients, creators, and the whole ecosystem. We are looking for experienced product managers to continually push the innovation bar and make TikTok the best place to get inspired and express creativity.

    Responsibilities

    • Work as the product manager for Ecosystem enablement including partner, creators, media buy agencies, etc. own product strategy and roadmap, prioritize, align and deliver on clear product goals and success metrics
    • Define TikTok's role and strategy in advertising creative ecosystem, delivery product enhancement and innovation that maximize long term growth of TikTok advertising creative ecosystem
    • Develop in-depth understanding of demand (advertiser) and supply (creative production supplier) for advertising creatives, identify and execute the product improvement to drive adoption and retention from both sides
    • Drive execution through working directly with engineering, design, QA, data science, operations, marketing, sales and other cross-functional teams
    • Educate and influence both internal leadership and external stakeholders on TikTok's ads creative and ecosystem strategy

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of product management experience building products/tools related to marketplace, advertising, or creatives
    • Self-starter who can manage large cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Experience with multi-project management and execution in a cross-functional environment
    • Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $153216 - $288078 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
