Senior Product Manager - TikTok Money Platform

Responsibilities:

• Understand the requests of various digital content business lines and categorize them into corresponding business request segments; understand the existing products and future plans of Money Platform, and match product modules with different business request segments to ensure product development meets the development of business lines.
• Develop and promote solution-wise standards for business lines to ensure product usability and consistency across different scenarios.
• Restructure or decompose the high-level product based on standardized solutions, package different sub-products into the new high-level one, and provide SaaS-like solutions to business lines, shielding underlying product details and complexities, and delivering products as services to the business.
• Manage the product lifecycle according to the above requirements, including: leading virtual teams for complex special products, clearly defining product definitions and goals, and finding optimal solutions between standardization and customization; maintaining close contact with customers, continuously optimizing products, ensuring smooth product launches and promotions; product upgrade and iteration.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in the fields of computer science and information technology.
• Proven experience as a product manager with commercial understanding, specifically in the solution role. Being able to understand the back-office product and front-line business, then working out the product and service standards to serve the business.
• Skilled at turning complex payment and compliance processes into simple and easy-to-use product modules, allowing business lines to operate and manage efficiently.
• Capable of providing tailored solutions to customers through standardized and flexible product combinations to meet different customer requests.
• Experience working in payment companies, or emerging payment departments of banks/internet companies, with professional knowledge of payment/monetization.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, capable of coordinating resources across departments and driving project progress.
• Familiar with product development processes and tools, with project management experience and skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Having a Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience in payment-related SaaS companies (or internal SaaS-likely service supplier in a big group) is preferred.
