    Responsibilities:

    • Possess the development ability to build test environments, and able to coordinate with the development/introduction of tool platforms to solve the problem of test efficiency, and achieve the actual quality effect in the business.
    • Have the ability to improve the test process, which includes the development, test and release process.
    • Have strong quality analytical ability, and able to abstract common problems through online problems and solve them pertinently.
    • Closely collaborated with global teams and adopted flexible working hours.
    • Knowledge of quality assurance technological development trends, and able to pivot quickly and apply these technologies.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical discipline.
    • At least 5 years of experience in the field of software testing and development.
    • Proven experience creating automation frameworks and tools to support test automation.
    • Good communication and problem-solving skills, good execution and enforcement, good document writing ability.
    • Equipped with a strong sense of responsibility and able to adapt to high-intensity work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Able to help with the landing of new hires and enable them to ramp up quickly.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiar with SDLC process, and different testing phases in SDLC.
    • Experience with API testing is a plus.
    • Experience with payments systems or financial institution systems is a plus.

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $150400 - $266000 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
