Responsibilities:

• Support MCN team members monitor agencies' real-time performance, analyse the agencies' circumstances and give them advice.
• Back up for MCN team members coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Checking the new agency registration and assigning MCN team members for management.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Actively enrolled University student.
• Great communication skills, presentation and problem-solving, enjoy communication with MCN and deliver daily support with a strong user-driven mindset.
• Be enthusiastic, responsible, result-driven and efficient, and can work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills, good at visualizing data or analysis results.
• Minimum internship of 3 months, working 4 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship experience in large ecommerce platforms, leading consulting or Internet companies is a plus
• Good understanding of the ecommerce industry & its business structure, consumer needs and demand, influencers, social media, e-commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape.
• Having a wide network of creators/agencies.
