Responsibilities:
- Manage customer expectations and maintain high engagement on the platform
- Develop business growth of the assigned territory through different programs and initiatives
- Drive revenue for TikTok by supporting scalable sales programs across a variety of direct clients and agencies.
- Drive product adoption and educate clients and agencies in a scalable fashion.
- Work towards strategic goals while providing an excellent customer experience
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic services and programs.
- Serve as the ambassador of TikTok for all adoption related activities
- Proactively seek for new ways to bring added value to your customers and colleagues
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Deep industry experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and advertising experience
- Ability to perform and adapt in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment, with a level of autonomy
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker, who will thrive in an innovative organisations
- As you will be working with a range of stakeholders, from C-Suite to media leaders, excellent communication and presentation/pitching skills
- Ability to manage initiatives, projects, and cross functional stakeholders across a regions and organisations
- Extensive experience using sales or project based systems, such as CRM systems
- As this role works in the French market, fluent verbal and written language skills in French and English are required to be a success in this role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
- Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying.
- Experience working in a sales or account management role within the small business ecosystem.
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
- Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
