Responsibilities
- Aim for the Highest: Lead a team of Agency Partner Managers (APM). Provide coaching and direction to enable their and our agency's success. You will help guide your teams through the next stage of their career and beyond.
- Revenue Strategy: Own revenue targets and develop scalable strategies to achieve them through expanding existing agency clients and onboarding new ones.
- Be Candid and Clear: Set clear goals and expectations for your team. Support them and challenge them to meet and exceed their goals. Help establish a high-performance culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the entire SMB team to support and enable the success of our sales teams. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales Ops and Training to identify opportunities to scale out best practices, knowledge and address performance gaps.
- Be a Champion of Inclusion: Help promote diversity within your team. Value unique perspectives and encourage all of your team members and peers to participate to their fullest.
- Always Day 1: Take initiative, there is no task too big or too small. Lead by example, supporting your APMs on best practices and how to analyse campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights while using those insights to improve our advertising offerings.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience working with indie and performance agencies across Central Europe, Israel or the Nordics, with particular emphasis on market knowledge. Deep understanding of agency KPIs and demonstrated ability to leverage this knowledge to drive business growth.
- Management experience of a team of 4 or more with demonstrated experience of leading and coaching high-performing teams and fostering professional development while driving measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize insights from data, optimize advertising campaigns, and develop proactive go-to-market strategies.
- Proven experience in process development and workflow optimization, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Sales Ops) to drive business results and improve advertiser success.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, with excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- As this role is focused on the CEI & Nordics markets focused, you will be presenting and leading using English and at least one market language. Full business fluency in English and at least on market language is essential for this roles success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of the digital advertising industry, particularly within SMB advertising for professional services, entertainment, education, and travel.
- Experience in market analysis and go-to-market strategy development, with a strong understanding of SMB market dynamics and proactive growth strategies.
