Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Experience in sales and/or business development.
- Fluency in Korean and English to support local clients in the Korean market and collaborate with global stakeholders outside of the Korean market
- Strong understanding of Korea's SMB industry landscape.
- Proven ability to build and manage a pipeline of business opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in sales or business development with a proven track record of exceeding performance targets.
- Experience with lead-generation strategies and outbound prospecting.
- Knowledge of digital advertising, performance marketing, or online media platforms.
