Responsibilities
Build and maintain high performance online services for the recommendation system.
Develop extremely efficient and reliable data pipelines for candidates generation, profile generation, training examples generation, real time online training, etc.
Build globalized large-scale recommendation system and optimize the architecture for recommendation system.
Design and develop high performance computing frameworks and storage systems.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or any related STEM field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or any related STEM field, and 3 years of related work experience.Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Designing and implementing software service architecture to support high throughput and fault tolerant services;
Developing software using Java, Go, C++, JavaScript, Ruby, or Python;
Designing and implementing large-scale, distributed online software services using programming language Java, Go, JavaScript, Ruby, or Python;
Maintaining and debugging software services;
Implementing reliable, fault-tolerant, scalable, and cost-effective data services and infrastructures and maintaining them by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall health of the system; and
Working across all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for the design, development, coding, testing, integration and deployment of complex products and platforms, including backend services and infrastructure services using Go or Java.

Travel Requirement: International travel up to 10% required.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $199534 - $250000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
