We are looking for strong software engineers who are excited to grow their business understanding, build highly scalable and reliable software, and partner across disciplines with global teams, in pursuit of excellence.

    We are seeking Software Engineers at mid-senior levels, who will gain experience in building modern user-centric applications and highly scalable ML infrastructure with cutting edge technologies. You will also learn comprehensive domain knowledge in ads moderation and risk control. Understanding fraud, risk, quality control, and online advertising domain knowledge is a plus, but experience of building large-scale systems is most critical.

    Responsibilities:
    • Build highly scalable systems including ad fraud detection, risk control, ads integrity systems, to improve user's experiences with ads across the platform.
    • Collaborate with strategy makers and machine learning engineers to build next-gen Risk Engine and ML training and serving framework.
    • Contribute to the success of a rapidly growing and evolving organization with speediness and quality.
    • Analyze product objectives with Product team and UX Design team to deliver results aligned with project goals.
    • Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally, in a fast paced environment.
    • Manage project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:
    • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant majors with 3+ years of work experience.
    • Excellent programming, debugging, and optimization skills in general purpose programming languages
    • Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions to problems in a clear and concise way.
    • Extensive knowledge of modern software tech stack, including large-scale backend, data pipeline, web applications.
    • Proactive communication with stakeholders.

    Preferred Requirements:
    • Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Go, C/C++, Python.
    • Deep understanding in one of the following domains: ad fraud detection, risk control, quality control, business integrity, and online advertising systems.
    • Deep knowledge in one of the following areas: machine learning/deep learning, large-scale systems, data, full-stack.

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $194000 - $355000 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
