    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic partners and agencies; build trust through your deep technical expertise of their platforms and customer needs.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships and/or Agency Leads and Product teams to develop, manage and grow partner relationships with a focus on technical aspects (i.e. technical presentations, trainings, consultations, integration guides, and best practices).
    • Be an expert on TikTok's API capabilities and partner offerings from technical lens. Advocate for API improvements and influence product roadmap with internal product teams to solve business challenges.
    • Build and ship new products as well as end-to-end integrations in collaboration with Ads product engineering teams.
    • Maintain subject matter expertise on marketing technology and API trends.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields.

    • Minimum 1 year of experience shipping production quality code
    • Familiar with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Go, Java, C/C++.
    • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    • Ability to collaborate with various sized stakeholder groups internally and externally.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of API and backend systems design.
    • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively focus on the APAC and China Outbound (CNOB) market.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in advertising technology working with large volume data analytics.
    • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving and development experience
