    Position summary

    upport current openings and anticipate future hiring needs.

    • Conduct outreach and pre-screening conversations to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and alignment with role requirements.
    • Ensure accurate and consistent tracking of candidate activity and sourcing metrics within the ATS and sourcing tools.
    • Deliver data-driven market and talent insights including industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent availability to inform sourcing strategy and influence stakeholder decisions.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of sourcing experience in a high-volume recruiting environment, either in-house or at an agency.
    • Demonstrated success supporting high-volume requisitions in partnership with regional stakeholders.
    • Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with sharp attention to detail.
    • Proficient in sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other professional platforms.
    • Data-driven approach with the ability to deliver actionable insights and reporting to stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting for Supply Chain and Logistics roles, preferably within a high-growth or rapidly scaling organization.
    • Ability to navigate global, fast-changing environments with adaptability and resilience.
    • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (hourly)

    The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $29- $50.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
