Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in creator operation, ecosystem strategy, or platform strategy in content communities.
2. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, able to design systematic solutions from a macro perspective.
3. Excellent cross-cultural understanding, communication and persuasion, organizational coordination, and execution skills. Results-driven.

Preferred Qualification(s):

1. Data-savvy, proficient in using data to diagnose problems and measure strategy effectiveness.
2. Understanding of sports content creation landscape and creator motivation models.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88920 - $209380 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
