Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):

1. Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in sports strategy, consulting or licensing. Strategic thinker, strong in analysis and data-driven decision-making.
2. Goal-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills. Able to manage projects and drive results.

Preferred Qualification(s):

1. Deep understanding of sports business and To B partnerships (IP/Athletes, rights, marketing). Skilled in strategy, planning, and business case development.
2. Passion for sports, innovative, and a problem-solver. Experience in sports IP/events is a plus.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103360 - $273600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
