The Global SMB Project Management Office (PMO) team aims to establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and best practices, ensuring that key strategic projects for Global SMB are executed efficiently. The PMO team works in close collaboration with Sales, Product and Marketing teams together to provide scalable solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for defining project goals and scopes, driving clear and efficient communication across diverse functions and regions, continuously optimizing our business solutions for global clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand and master the overall Global SMB business operation strategies, tactics and processes in order to support Global SMB leaders across NA, EMEA, APAC and LATAM through prioritization and course of action.
• Partner and collaborate with the Product team to provide thought leadership and support for overall go-to-market product strategy.
• Lead the design, execution and implementation of key strategic projects for Global SMB team, including project plans, roadmaps, resources and timelines aligned with organizational goals and priorities across multiple regions or countries.
• Develop and implement project performance metrics, reporting mechanisms, and dashboards to provide visibility and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery within defined constraints.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency, transparency, and adherence to standards across the organization.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders; facilitate effective decision-making by presenting project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and steering committees.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project/program management, strategy, operations or related field.
• Proven experience in designing and executing complex, multi-faceted projects spanning across different regions or countries, preferably with industry experience in digital advertising, social media, or e-commerce
• Strong understanding of project portfolio management, resource allocation, risk management, and project prioritization in alignment with organizational goals, preferably with a good understanding of the strategies and operation of sales teams and product teams
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across different cultures and regions (proficiency in one or more languages is preferred).
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ability to travel globally as needed to support and oversee projects in various locations.

• Proven expertise in project management methodologies and tools.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $244000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
