Responsibilities:
- Develop yearly and quarterly commercial strategy including revenue ambition, strategic initiatives (what) and the corresponding tactics (how)
- Drive reporting & analytics: Creating dashboards and insightful reports and recommend actionable solutions to drive the business' growth
- Conceptualize and implement regional projects, e.g. determining areas of improvement and drive the change process to generate impact
- Conduct research and market sizing of industries, business models, products, customers and derive actionable recommendation
- Partner closely with SEU senior and mid management as well as collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional teams to reflect their POV
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in top tier consulting or high growth company. Experience in digital business models, media and digital advertising are a plus
- Self-starter capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision incl. strong time management skills and adaptability to a changing enviroment
- Comfort with ambiguity and cross-cultural environment as well as fast learner to develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of unknown industries
Preferred Qualifications:
- Structured thinking to cut through complex problems and develop stakeholder pragmatic and impactful solutions
- Ability to drive stakeholders to decision and to also defend unpopular opinions as well as moderate between opinions
- Fluent English and Italian or Spanish skills are required as well as compelling communication (verbal and written) as this role will be working with local stakeholders
