- Build necessary frameworks to support large scale organizational management that is aligned with business priorities; drive the implementation and governance accordingly.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in strategy development, business planning, or operational analysis within Trust and Safety, Content Safety, or Content Operations industry.
- Proven experience managing regional/global process improvement projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in delivering high-level communication to executive audiences.
- Extensive experience managing regional and global cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with expertise in strategic analysis, data interpretation, and data visualization.
- Demonstrated ability to connect operational data, financials, and other relevant insights into broader business strategy.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with capacity planning, resource governance, or operational metrics.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
