Responsibilities
- Problem Solving & Strategy Execution
- Support organisation-wide efficiency and transformation initiatives by structuring ambiguous problems, defining objectives, and supporting planning and execution with project owners, ensuring insights translate into measurable outcomes
- Work closely with senior and cross-functional stakeholders to analyse trade-offs, align priorities, and support execution decisions for transformation initiatives
- Stakeholder & Insight Synthesis
- Gather structured feedback from internal and external stakeholders (e.g. buyers, sellers, creators) through interviews, sharing sessions, or existing feedback channels to understand operational pain points and friction areas
- Synthesise qualitative feedback and quantitative data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that inform process improvements or execution gaps
- AI & Product Collaboration (no coding required)
- Assist in identifying and documenting AI-enabled or automation-supported use cases, and partner with Product teams to support feature launches by clarifying problem statements, defining success metrics, and assessing post-launch impact
- Support rollout planning and adoption tracking to ensure new features deliver intended operational and decision-making improvements
- Performance Tracking & Impact Review
- Support the design, tracking, and review of OKRs, scorecards, and simple dashboards to help leadership assess progress and outcomes
- Monitor initiative progress and support post-initiative reviews to evaluate impact, learnings, and improvement opportunities
- Communication & Executive Support
- Prepare structured analyses, summaries, and presentation materials for leadership and stakeholder discussions
- Provide support on other ad-hoc strategic or operational projects as required
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled university student in any discipline, with strong interest in strategy, or business transformation
- Comfortable working with data, documents, and structured problem-solving
- Able to break down ambiguous problems and communicate ideas clearly
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in management consulting, strategy, operations, business transformation, or product strategy
- Curiosity about how AI tools and automation can be applied in a business context
- Basic familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets (e.g. organising data, simple formulas) is helpful but not mandatory
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
- Strong communication skills and willingness to engage with multiple stakeholders
