    Position summary

    am responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules, and systems to ensure quality. As the Anti-fraud product manager, you will be responsible for building, improving, and monitoring business processes that detect and prevent fraudulent activities in various scenarios including transactions, KYC, after-sales and seller-creator affiliation.

    1. Design anti-fraud strategies and tools to combat various risks including reseller, buyer-seller collusion, scams and malicious behaviors
    2. Develop forward-looking risk control strategies through analyzing user behavior, content, user feedback and other data, drive the improvement and upgrade of product safety mechanism, and be responsible for the effect of risk solution plans;
    3. Cooperate with tech and analytic, build and improve risk perception, identification, intervention and governance effect measurement systems, and design common risk control products and services that can support different businesses;
      4.Reduce capital loss and improve metrics related to risk exposure by building systematic framework of risk managements to cover the entire life-cycle of business processes
    4. Research best practices of risk control techniques and closely monitor regional trends
    5. Engage with various business,operation, tech and security/risk stakeholders to solve risk problems at scale

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree or above with a background in Computer Science, Business Analytic, Math, Statistics, or related field;
    2. At least 2+ years of relevant experience in one of the following areas: Antifraud, Risk Management, Trust & Safety, Data Analytic, Data Science in eCommerce or Tech industry in general;
    3. Proficiency in SQL is required; Fundamental understanding of statistic or algorithm is a plus;
    4. Self-driven, curious to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment and willing to accept challenges and aim for the best
    5. Quick understanding of new fraud motives and sensible diagnosis of key control points;
    6. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions;
    7. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively liaise with people at all levels
