We are looking for a Strategy Intern to support our category strategy and seller operations initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with Account Managers, Campaign teams, and Operations to help solve seller issues, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Account Managers, Campaign, and Operations teams to ensure category strategies & operations are aligned with overall company objectives.
- Issue Escalation & Seller Support
- Assist sellers and Account Managers by identifying, gathering, and escalating issues to relevant backend or operations teams.
- Take ownership of day-to-day issue triaging, especially for recurring or operational tickets.
Escalate critical seller issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Track, monitor, and follow up on issue resolution to ensure timely closure.
Work closely with Account Managers to ensure seller issues are properly documented and addressed promptly.
- Reporting & Dashboarding
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards to clearly communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support regular performance tracking and analysis for internal reviews.
- Help identify growth opportunities and operational improvement areas based on data and on-the-ground issues.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Past experience with e-commerce
- Good understanding on Elecronics Category
