    Internships at Our Company aims to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths.     Responsibilities
    During your internship, you will:

    • Support the full recruiting lifecycle across Product and Design roles-including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines.
    • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role needs and market talent profiles.
    • Assist with sourcing efforts (LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, referrals, event leads, etc.) and engage prospective candidates with compelling outreach.
    • Help manage candidate communication to ensure a seamless, positive experience.
    • Assist with recruiting operations, including opening requisitions, creating job postings, and updating interview notes and candidate status in our ATS.
    • Participate in weekly pipeline reviews, talent strategy syncs, and project-based work.
    • Contribute to process improvements and documentation across candidate experience, interviewer calibration, and recruiting workflows.
    • Support employer branding initiatives, campus engagement, or talent market research as assigned.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Talent Operations, and business partners across different time zones.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field
    • Interest in recruiting, talent strategy, people operations, or HR.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Self-starter who is eager to learn, ask questions, and contribute to meaningful work.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous internship or project experience in HR, recruiting, people operations, or university/campus organizations with a recruiting component.
    • Exposure to recruiting tools (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, or equivalent platforms).
    • Comfortable with data tracking or reporting using spreadsheets or dashboards.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a distributed team environment.
    • Passion for the tech, product, or creative space.
