    Position summary

    What You Will Do

    • Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical and non-technical talents of all levels.
    • Work in tandem with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, hiring managers and other Talent Sourcers to meet and exceed business objectives and manage stakeholder relationships.
    • Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipelines (via LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques).
    • Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth.
    • Own the interview scheduling process and maintain clear lines of communication between candidates and hiring teams.
    • Be the ambassador of TikTok's culture, ensuring all candidates leave with a positive impression of our organization.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 3+ years of end to end recruiting experience;
    • Business level proficiency in Mandarin and English or Japanese to support hiring in Japan;
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization;
    • A results-oriented self-starter who is data-driven, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and takes initiative and risks;
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent years of working experience.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience supporting and working in a tech environment is preferred;
    • Experience and/or willingness to partner with international colleagues and stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultures.
