Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle (end-to-end) recruitment experience.
- Experience in technical or engineering hiring within technology or internet companies.
- Ability to contribute efficiently with strong data sense in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international partners in different time zones and cultures.
- Background in both in-house and agency recruitment environments is strongly preferred.
