nt: Partner closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and senior business leaders across multiple regions to understand hiring needs, define recruitment strategies, and influence hiring decisions.
- Strategic Hiring & Talent Insights: Leverage data and market insights to proactively identify talent gaps, assess hiring trends, and provide strategic recommendations to business leaders.
- Process & Policy Optimization: Drive improvements in recruiting processes, policies, and systems, ensuring alignment with business needs while enhancing efficiency and compliance.
- Global & Regional Collaboration: Work across international teams to ensure alignment on talent strategies, share best practices, and support hiring efforts in North & South America, Europe, and Asia.
- Return-to-Office: To enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience.
- Ability to effectively manage a high volume of roles (20+) and stakeholders (8+).
- Proficiency with a variety of sourcing tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms, and sourcing automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recruitment experience supporting Trust & Safety, Engineering, and/or Cybersecurity functions.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, global environments, adapting to shifting priorities.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data tools such as Tableau, Excel, or Power BI to extract insights and drive hiring decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders, partners, and candidates at all levels.
