Responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements from hiring managers and TA Partners, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process.
- Source, target and build pipelines of candidates' databases.
- Professional partnering with the TA Partners , hiring managers and team leaders on hiring needs.
- Support new project (s), and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
- Support HRBP in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Has recruitment or HR related internship experience
- Demonstrate interest in human resource field. Keen to connect with people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Able to commit a minimum of 4 months or more for 3 days per week
- Indicate strong stakeholder management skills
