    About the Team
    The Global Product team is building up an engineering team for core TikTok products in Singapore, to ensure TikTok continues to grow, deliver the best product experience to all of our users, build the most attractive features to help users enjoy their time on TikTok, earn trust in privacy protection, and more.

    The GPRD HRBP Team focuses on TikTok and its affiliates, and builds a team of some of the best Engineers, Product Managers, Product Operations. We work directly with the teams to help them grow their teams and businesses, and strive to bring the best HR practices and improve processes to enhance our efficiency as well!

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels,
    • Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners,
    • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency,
    • Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
    • Preferably with at least 2 years of recruitment experience from the tech industry, either in an agency, search firm or in-house
