    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and build pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening, referrals and cold-calling for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels.
    • Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g: Agencies).
    • Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency (e.g: Support market research and talent mapping initiatives).
    • Ensuring a great candidate experience and advocating TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques) .
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the capability to analyze high amounts of data to support business strategies and decisions.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally.
    • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.

    Preferred Qualification
    -At least three years of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment for tech industry (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment).
