Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Around 1-3 years experience in in house recruitment or recruitment agency.
2. Able to recommend creative sourcing strategies based on different business needs
3. Strong communication and organizational skills
4. Keen attention to detail
5. Passionate about providing a great experience for all our candidates
6. Experienced in offer negotiation
7. Optimistic and collaborative - we're building an awesome team and looking for someone excited to roll their sleeves up and join us as we start this journey

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Direct sourcing experience is a plus
2. Prior Talent Acquisition experience in trust and safety & technology industry
