    Position summary

    & influence hiring decisions.

    • Collaborate with recruitment team and hiring managers to understand requirements and prioritize candidate pipelines.
    • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and provide regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify potential talent pools.
    • Participate in recruitment events and conferences to network with potential candidates.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualification:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR/Business and/or IT related field.
    • Proficient in using sourcing tools and techniques, including boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong ability to network and build relationships with candidates and industry professionals.

    Preferred Qualification:

    • 2 years and above working on technical roles.
    • Familiarity with technical terminology and ability to assess candidates' technical skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
