    Position summary

    nt the end-to-end ranking system (recall, pre-rank, rank and mixed rank): Use massive behavioral data to deeply model users' personalized interests.
    • Promote the development of the ecosystem: Solve challenging problems. Think, analyze and adjust the evolution of the system to achieve long-term and sustainable growth.
    • Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented in the organisation.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications
    • 5+ years of industry work experience in one or more of the related fields: NLP, Ranking, Ads, Search Engine, Recommendation systems, and Machine Learning.
    • Solid technical skills: Excellent coding skills. Solid knowledge of data structure and algorithms. Excellent in analysis, modeling and problem-solving, and can see the essence of problems from complex data.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Self-driven, able to deeply understand the business, adapt to rapid business changes, have good personal expression and communication skills, and be able to promote project implementation.
    • Team management experience is a plus.
