    3. Develop intelligent user profiling systems integrating LLM technology and big data processing capabilities.
    4. Create AI-powered omnichannel personalized marketing solutions (covering WhatsApp/email/ad placements and other multi-touchpoint scenarios).
    5. Collaborate deeply with product, operations, sales, data, advertising platforms, and architecture teams to continuously enhance product growth effectiveness.
    6. Design and optimize high-concurrency server-side architectures to support systems serving hundreds of millions of users, ensuring 99.99%+ SLA for core services through robust stability engineering.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
    2. R&D experience in the internet industry.
    3. Solid coding skills and computer science fundamentals (data structures/algorithms/networking, etc.).
    4. Proficiency in at least one language: Python/C++/Go/Java.
    5. Ability to develop pragmatic technical solutions aligned with business evolution.
    6. Strong team collaboration mindset.

    Preferred Qualifications

    1. Experience in advertising/recommendation/big data systems, with full ownership of at least one large-scale project implementation.
    2. Data analysis capabilities and product/business acumen.

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $212800 - $389500 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
