    Position summary

    ross both English and Mandarin-speaking regions to deeply understand technical requirements, define candidate profiles, and calibrate on talent needs to ensure sourcing efforts are targeted and effective.

    • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of top-tier technical talent for critical roles.
    • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other niche technical communities.
    • Continuously refine and improve our sourcing processes and tools to boost efficiency, candidate quality, and the overall effectiveness of our hiring funnel.
    • Support and lead various talent acquisition projects, including organizing virtual hiring events, building market intelligence reports, and developing diversity-focused sourcing initiatives.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (in-house or agency).
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling outreach that generates high response rates from a technical audience.
    • Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media, or technical forums.
    • Outstanding organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and sourcing pipelines effectively.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience hiring for Product Management, Design, Strategy, or Data Science.
    • A data-driven mindset, with experience using metrics to inform sourcing strategy and measure success.
    • Proficiency in Mandarin is highly beneficial for seamless communication and cross-cultural collaboration with global stakeholders in Chinese-speaking regions.

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (hourly)

    The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $30- $50.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
