Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for critical R&D roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to deeply understand role requirements and refine the recruiting process for maximum efficiency.
• Identify and engage passive, high-caliber candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, academic conferences, and alternative search techniques.
• Utilize data to inform sourcing strategies, produce comprehensive market mapping reports, and provide actionable insights to hiring partners.
• Champion an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience from the first point of contact, acting as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic advocate for TikTok's R&D organization.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of experience in technical sourcing or a related talent acquisition function (relevant internship experience is considered).
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, prioritizing multiple functions and managing time effectively across global time zones.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, including the ability to write professional market mapping reports.
• Proficiency with research/sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, GitHub) and social media platforms for talent engagement.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (hourly)

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $29- $50.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
